Real Simple Solutions provides AI-powered automation solutions, consulting services, and related technology services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Fractional Chief AI Officer (CAIO) services
- Business process automation
- QuickBooks migration and integration
- Custom AI solutions and implementations
- Consulting and advisory services
3. User Responsibilities

For client projects: Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all code, prompts, and documentation created for clients are transferred to the client under a permissive license upon project completion and payment.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Recurring services are billed monthly in advance
- Project-based work may require deposits or milestone payments
- Late payments may incur additional fees
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Simple Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business data. We follow SOC-2-aligned processes and provide NDAs upon request before any sensitive information is shared.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments, and we will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
